Shipping Policy
Finest Wine Racks will ship your product to you by the most expedient method based on the specific products you have ordered. Shipping options will vary between products as our manufacturers and artists may have their own preferred methods. Shipping charges are determined during the order process based on the total weight of the items in your order. Please note that this means heavier items such as those made of wrought iron will be more expensive to ship than lighter items regardless of size. We reserve the right to alter or correct shipping costs if necessary. Handling charges may vary between manufacturers. We do not ship on a Saturday or Sunday. Orders for products from different manufacturers will be shipped separately. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to P.O Boxes or APO addresses. All shipments are subject to stock availability and take on average 2-4 weeks for delivery however delivery might be longer or shorter depending on stock. All prices on our website are quoted in US Dollars and shipping is currently not available outside the United States.

Returns Policy
Finest Wine Racks' mission is to provide our customers with the finest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our product(s) within 14 days of delivery we will be more than happy to either offer an exchange or refund. We advise customers to open their orders as soon as they are delivered even if a gift to inspect for breakages as delays could mean we are unable to accept your return.

Please repack the product(s) in the original packaging and follow these steps:

  1. E-mail our Returns Department (returns@finestwineracks.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) before shipping the product.
    • To expedite the return processes please provide us with Customer name, Invoice number, Model number and nature of problem when emailing the Returns Department.
  2. The Returns Department will provide you with an RMA that needs to be written on the packing slip.
  3. Please return the product, at your own cost. We strongly advise you fully insure your return shipment and use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery for your protection. Please be advised that items need to be received by the manufacturer within 14 days of notifying Finest Wine Racks of the return in order to get a refund. Any items received after 14 days will be issued with a refund in the form of a merchandise credit for part of the value.

If the product(s) arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately to arrange for a pick up of the damaged product(s). Defective returns need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under their warranty policies. Please contact us for further details.

Returns for non-defective product(s) may incur a re-stocking fee dependent on the manufacturer. This will be advised at the time of returning a product if this will be incurred.

Cancellations
All orders are considered final upon placement. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Finest Wine Racks reserves the right to take up to 48 hours to confirm any cancellation. A request for cancellation that is received after an order has been shipped will be rejected (Please consult the Returns Policy for further information)
